Diabetes Memory Loss Confusion

Diabetes can cause confusion, dizziness and even loss of concentration. One of the least discussed aspects of high blood sugar is the way in which it affects the brain. There are many who are still unaware of the fact that excessive blood glucose has a direct affect on the workings of the brain. Diabetes, memory loss and confusion can be a very distributing consequence of high blood sugar. Many experience problems concentrating.

Excess glucose and brain function

Diabetics are at an increased risk for dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. A new study released this week shows a direct link between diminished cognitive functioning and high blood sugar. The thousands of readers from all over the world who read this site are well aware of the fact that high blood sugar affects every cell of the body, this is a punishing illness. The brain suffers when blood sugar is high.

The study published Wednesday in JAMA Psychiatry says people with diabetes face a risk of dementia higher than expected. In fact, depression as well as high blood sugar increased the risk of Alzheimer’s disease.

“Depression and diabetes mellitus were independently associated with a greater risk for dementia, and the combined association of both exposures with the risk for all-cause dementia was stronger than the additive association,” the study concludes.

Diabetes memory loss, dizziness or confusion can stem from the fact that excessive glucose causes damage to brain cells.

The message is clear that high blood sugar must be treated with a healing diet. The readers of this site are well aware that a sugar free diet does not and cannot heal the body, but a specific combination of foods can!

It is the specific combination of foods which have produced a normal blood sugar in thousands of people.  Diabetes can lead to mental decline, memory loss and confusion. You can do something about this.

Food list for diabetes? Eat this now!

Often people with high blood sugar seek a food list for diabetes reversal, the key to addressing this illness is healing. The diabetic is always under extreme punishment due to excessive glucose. Readers of this site are very familiar with the fact that excessive blood glucose is a punishment to the cells of the body.  A food list for diabetes must include proven foods which heal the body, this means going beyond a sugar free diet.

High blood sugar negatively alters the cells of the body; in our last post we revealed a new study which shows that diabetic blood sugar levels raise the risk of breast cancer in women. There is not one cell in the body which is not affected by high blood sugar.

Many people have switched to sugar free foods and drinks, sadly these items often include splenda or aspartame.  Splenda and diet sodas (aspartame) are horrible for all people, these diet beverages are linked to cancer and weight gain. What should you eat? Your food list for diabetes should include whole eggs. Eggs are a protein wonder; the yolk is loaded with stunning amounts of nutrition.  A new study reveals diabetics should be eating eggs!

Egg consumption may reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, according to new research from the University of Eastern Finland

The amount of eggs which produced the affect was at least 4 eggs a week; this is healing for the diabetic body. The diabetic has to go beyond a sugar free diet; a healing diet has been shown in numerous of studies to produce a normal blood sugar level. One item on your food list for diabetes should include eggs with the yolk.

Why not get the full reverse type 2 diabetes diet from Europe, which is used by thousands in over 17 countries?

Once again diabetes drugs shown to cause heart failure

Image result for diabetes drug danger
Diabetes drugs have always been shown to cause heart failure and a new study seems to once again support this claim. High blood sugar is a punishing illness but it is time that health professionals question the use of diabetic medications. There are been thousands of deaths linked to the use of diabetic medications, yet most diabetics are unaware of the dangers of high blood sugar medications. The drugs may be worst than the illness.

For over 5 years we have reported on the dangers of high blood sugar drugs, 2 years ago the diabetic drug Avandia was banned after a study revealed that thousands of people lost the normal functioning of their heart.

A judge ordered the Avandia drug maker ( Glaxo Smith Kline) to pay families over 100 million dollars in damages. The diabetic medication Actos works in the same way as Avandia and may have caused thousands of heart attacks. Actos now has a black box warning, alerting users to the fact that the drug may damage your heart.

More Bad News:

The new study released this week revealed that diabetic medications may raise the risk of heart failure by an amazing 14%, heart failure symptoms include shortness of breath, fatigue and chest pains. Sometimes the feeling of stomach indigestion is a sign of a failing heart.

Lead investigator Dr. Jacob Udell, of the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre at the University Health Network (UHN) and the Women's College Hospital (WCH), both in Toronto, Canada, says they found:

"Patients randomized to new or more intensive blood sugar-lowering drugs or strategies to manage diabetes showed an overall 14% increased risk for heart failure."

Image result for heart failure

You only get one heart

What is most amazing is the fact that more than 85% of people on diabetic medications could get a normal blood sugar naturally, by utilizing a healing diet. But doctors are trained to prescribe drugs and this is what they do. It is up to YOU to avoid their drugs.

Note: Thousands of people who have passed away from heart disease may have been mislead to believe this was from the affects of high blood sugar, when in fact, it may have been from the diabetic medication!  Many diabetics never had heart troubles until they started on the medications.

Diabetes medications “force” a lower blood sugar, this “forcing” affects the heart valve and this can lead to the failure of the heart. A healing diet produces a normal blood sugar, yet most people are still taking the diabetic pill.

Thousands of people take Metformin, but we revealed that a $1 dollar fruit produced the same lower blood sugar WITHOUT any side effects! Most doctors do not know this.

Do I have diabetes? What you need to know

Do I have diabetes? This is a question that many people are asking themselves today as the rate of those with the illness continues to skyrocket. High blood sugar is the most damaging illness of our modern times, there is no other illness which systemically destroys the cells of the body in the way excessive sugars in the blood does.  Do I have diabetes? In this post we will address how millions of people are ignoring the very serious sign of this illness.

The millions who are unaware of what is happening in their body

What makes high blood sugar so deadly is the way in which it literally distorts the cells of the body. High blood sugar systemically alters the cells of the body; there is no other illness which causes blindness, amputations, kidney failure, and heart failure.  Research reveals a sad fact that million of people are diabetic yet are unaware; time is not on the side of the diabetic, as time pasts the pancreas eventually gives out.

A doctor’s view

Dr. Mohammed Ali, an assistant professor of public health at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta quoted, “Out of 28.4 million people with diabetes, more than a quarter don’t know it

“About 80 percent of those people are linked to a health care provider, and two-thirds are seeing them twice a year or more. So, through whatever means, they aren't being identified with diabetes.”

Do I have diabetes?

Despite the tremendous number of diabetics in the United States (and the world) it is astonishing that people are still not reversing the illness, type 2 high blood sugar is completely reversible with a healing diet. Studies show that it is not a sugar free diet which reverses high blood sugar but a healing diet.  There are millions of people taking dangerous diabetic medications to force a normal blood sugar when the precise combination of natural foods can produce the same results without the side effects.

Can you eat fruit with diabetes? A very surprising answer

Can you eat fruit with diabetes is a question that so many would like answered, the fact of the matter is that when used in the right way food can literally cause the illness to disappear. High blood sugar is a disease which can be reversed when the body is put in the right nutritional environment.  Can you eat fruit with diabetes is a great question; researchers show that doing so can help produce a normal blood sugar without drugs.

Why “juice” is not what you need

What has confused diabetics regarding the issue of eating fruits is that previous research focused on “fruit juices” not whole fruits. Researchers studied the affect of juice on diabetics and the results were not good, juices caused very elevated blood sugar (which remained high many hours after ingestion). From most previous research you would think that fruits would be a no-no for diabetics but this is just the opposite conclusion we see when speaking of whole fruits not juice. Whole fruits actually healed the body and normalized blood sugar!

Harvard University showed that whole fruits are great for diabetics

“Our data further endorse current recommendations on increasing whole fruits, but not fruit juice, as a measure for diabetes prevention,” said lead author Isao Muraki, research fellow in the Department of Nutrition at Harvard School of Public Health. “And our novel findings may help refine this recommendation to facilitate diabetes prevention.”

Switching from juice to whole fruits (just 3 serving a week) caused an almost 10% reduction in high blood sugar.

What we can see here is that the way the Creator made the “whole fruit” is exactly how it should be eaten, extracting the juices and discarding the remainder of the fruit is horrible for the diabetic. Can you eat fruit with diabetes? Yes, and it is one of the ways to get rid of the illness.

Why whole fruits normalize high blood sugar and juice does not

When a person consumes the whole fruit they are not only getting the juice they are also ingesting the flesh which is loaded with phyto-chemicals, these compounds have a healing affect on the pancreas cells which produce good insulin

Healing is what the diabetic so desperately needs, but rarely receives. A sugar free diet may be beneficial but it can never reverse an illness as powerful as high blood sugar but a healing diet can.  Can you fruit with diabetes? Yes, the “whole fruit”.

A healing diet with a specific combination of foods was utilized and thousands of people were able to free themselves from diabetes drug free.

Which foods to eat with pre diabetes? The Truth

Knowing which foods to eat with pre diabetes is crucial to the elimination of the illness, it is a fact that high blood sugar can be naturally reversed but sadly too many are content using medications to treat this lifestyle illness. There are more than 79 million people in the United States who are borderline diabetic, knowing which foods to eat with pre diabetes can make a different between reversing the illness. Simply relying on medications to treat high blood sugar comes with danger side effects.

High blood sugar is a very dangerous illness, the condition is actually a poisonous level of sugars living in the bloodstream; this is the reason for the horrible consequences which the organs suffer under this illness. The heart is particularly vulnerable to the affects of excessive blood sugar, the hearts of diabetics are in the same condition as someone who has already suffered a heart attack; this is quite alarming.  Heart attack is the number one cause of death in diabetics; this is because high blood sugar results in extreme circulation complications.  Knowing which foods to eat with pre diabetes is crucial to reversing the illness; the phyto-nutrients in certain food have the remarkable ability to normalize blood sugar.

The Grapefruit

The grapefruit is a powerful food against high blood sugar; studies have shown that this one fruit had the ability to beat diabetic drugs at normalizing sugar levels; this information rarely reaches the diabetic. Doctors at University California Berkley were nothing short of amazed that the grapefruit was equal to the drug which cost $385 dollars a month at normalizing blood sugar.

Joseph Napoli, PhD, professor and chair of nutritional sciences and toxicology at the University of California, Berkeley commented that test subjects drinking grapefruit juice had glucose-lowering effects that were just as potent as the subjects who sipped on metformin. “It was very surprising,” says  Dr. Napoli.

This study is just the beginning, Grapefruit is great but not enough; the combination of the right targeted foods causes a normal blood sugar. Knowing which foods to eat with pre diabetes is crucial to eliminating the illness, thousands of people have reversed high blood sugar with a targeted diet from Europe, and it is now used in over 17 countries.

Can you have diabetes and drink coffee? An alarming study

There is a study from prestigious Duke University that suggests that diabetes and coffee may not be a good combination. The fact of the matter is that there are mixed results when it comes to very popular hot beverage that helps so many people start their day. The University study reveals that the caffeine in coffee is clearly bad for a person with diabetes. For the diabetic it is important to know how the body reacts to certain foods and beverages in order to keep  blood sugar level normal, the question of caffeine has puzzled health researchers when it come to high blood sugar for a long time.

Java is the beverage of choice for millions of people worldwide, there are literally many who cannot start their day without it but those with high blood sugar should be very cautious about the caffeine according to a Duke University study.

Researchers tested the affects of caffeine on a group of regular coffee drinkers with diabetes and the results were alarming, the caffeine caused a very significant rise in blood sugar levels. What makes the study most interesting is that the caffeine was administered to those who were regular coffee drinkers?  Many studies have shown that coffee or caffeine can prevent high blood sugar, so why the mixed results? According to researchers those previous tests were done on people without diabetes, maybe caffeine can help prevent high blood sugar but apparently it makes it worst in people who are already diabetics.  It is clear from the study that the caffeine was not good for the diabetic.

“These are clinically significant blood-sugar elevations due to caffeine,"  Dr. James Lane who lead the University study

"Caffeine increases blood glucose by as much as oral diabetes medications decrease it. ... It seems the detrimental effects of caffeine are as bad as the beneficial effects of oral diabetes drugs are good."

He says it does show that caffeine has real effects on the everyday lives of people with diabetes.

"For people with diabetes, drinking coffee or consuming caffeine in other beverages may make it harder for them to control their glucose," said Lane

Dr. Lane answered the question as to why so many studies show a blood sugar benefit from drinking coffee. He stated the benefits in coffee are not from the caffeine but from other compounds in the beverage.

The take home message from the study:

"if there are anti-diabetes compounds in coffee, they don't offset the harmful effects of caffeine" Dr.Lane

3 reasons High blood sugar causes dizziness

“I have high blood sugar and am experiencing dizziness”, this was the latest message that we received from one of our readers in Europe.  It is important to know that a dizzy feeling is always a message which your body is sending you, many people ignore this mental confusion and this can be a huge mistake. High blood sugar and dizziness often go together, it is often a warning sign that the body is metabolically out of balance.

3 common but serious reasons for feeling dizzy with diabetes

1.  Super high glucose levels

Glucose (sugar) is needed and it does very important things in our cells, without this sugar we would not have any energy at all. In excessive amounts glucose is a poison in the bloodstream, and this is the health condition of the diabetic. The diabetic has too much glucose flooding into the bloodstream and this causes a metabolically imbalance within the body. When glucose levels soar too high it can cause dizziness. Always check your blood sugar level with a good monitor immediately if you are feeling dizzy, report any dizziness to your doctor.

*Please note that diabetic coma is real and can lead to death if sugar levels go to high!  If blood sugar levels soar very high it can cause a person to get dizzy and pass out* call 911 immediately if you feel you may pass out*

2.  Dehydrate

One of the more common causes of dizziness in the diabetic is due to dehydration. The typical diabetic does not drink enough water; a lot of water is necessary keep blood sugar levels normal.   When we think of the fact that the bloodstream is flooded with sugar, wouldn’t it make sense to drink more water to help eliminate this fluid?  Despite the fact that water is very helpful, many diabetics are not drinking any water.

When a person is dehydrated, their body produces a hormone called vasopressin.

Vasopressin causes the kidneys to retain water and also prompts your liver to produce blood sugar, which may lead to elevated higher blood sugar levels. Over time, this effect may lead to insulin resistance.  High blood and dizziness are often linked, are you drinking at least 6 glasses of water a day? If you have a hard time drinking water, consider squeezing a little lime or lemon in the glass of water.

  1. Diabetes and mental confusion

High blood sugar can have a very detrimental affect on the brain, diabetics often experience confusion, brain related fatigue and mental disorientation. Over time diabetics are at higher risk for dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. High blood sugar causes a damaging affect on the brain.

Dr. R. Nick Bryan, professor emeritus of the department of radiology at the Perleman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania,  “We found that in addition to that, there’s sort of diffuse loss of brain tissue, atrophy… we think may have a direct effect of the diabetes on the brain.”

High blood sugar dizziness is always a sign of a body that is out of balance, in the short term it may be a sign of seriously high glucose levels and in the long run it can lead to Alzheimer’s disease.

Why not erase diabetes now

Diabetes, Stress and Depressed

Diabetes is linked to stress and depression, high blood sugar is a very powerful illness which affects every cell of the body; there is not one part of the body that does not receive punishment from high blood sugar. There are many who are stressed out and to make things worst they also live with high blood sugar, this is a dangerous combination. If you diabetes and are depressed with stress this can cause your blood sugar to rise and damage cells faster in he body.

How blood sugar and stress relate

Diabetes in an inflammatory illness, it causes malfunction on the cellular level, over time the affects of excessive blood sugar lead to heart failure and stroke; stress increases inflammation causing blood sugar to stay elevated.  A new study from the Institute of Epidemiology in Munich shows that stress has a direct relationship to the control of blood sugar.

The Study

When the researchers compared patients with their work stress results, they found those who were under most pressure were 45 percent more likely to have developed diabetes.

The findings – published by journal Psychosomatic Medicine - showed that even among workers with relatively healthy bodyweight, stress at work was still a significant risk factor.

Researcher Professor Karl-Heinz Ladwig who was involved in the study said: 'According to our  research roughly one in five people in employment is affected by high levels of stress at work.

Depression and diabetes

“Both are very common diseases,” says Leonid Poretsky, MD, director of the Friedman Diabetes Institute at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. “Diabetes can make depression worse because diabetes is chronic illness with a lot of worries.”

The bottom line is that stress and depressed are related to diabetes; both make diabetes worst.  It is best to think of diabetes as a poison level  of blood sugar which damages the cells of the body. The pancreas does a good job of trying to get the blood sugar down but the diabetic epidemic reveals that the pancreas is losing the fight. Your job is to get a normal blood sugar,  when this happens it means you are dumping that dangerous excessive blood sugar out the body.

Good news

I have diabetes: Why half the United States may have the disease

It is a common statement “I have diabetes”, in a new study it was revealed that almost half the people in the United States shockingly may be on their way to becoming diabetic. High blood sugar is the most potentially destructive illness of our time, it is a poison level of glucose which is living in the bloodstream; sadly people are only treating this with a weak sugar free diet.  A sugar free diet while good will not stop Type 2 diabetes, you must have a healing diet to get normal blood sugar and few people know how to do this.

Are you healing your body from diabetes?

Artificial sweeteners cannot heal a diabetic’s body, stopping sugar may be helpful but this is not enough to heal the body.

All the diet sodas and sugar free foods in the world will not heal the body of high blood sugar, eliminating sugar will not give you a normal blood sugar, the right combination of healing food will but few doctors will actually tell you this.   Most doctors are going to put you on a diabetic drug, the diabetic drug companies combined to rake in over 30 billion dollars over the last 5 years.

When we cut right to the heart of the matter, high blood sugar means that your pancreas is giving out, the pancreas may not be producing enough healthy insulin and this means big health troubles.   When your cells become resistant to insulin, it causes poisoning levels of sugar to flood into your bloodstream; this is what millions of people are experiencing.

The end result is

Diabetic blindness

Kidney failure

Heart disease

Leg amputation

The diabetes crisis is not stopping; the increase is due to the fact that people simply don’t know how to heal the body from high blood sugar. No diabetic drug can heal the body from diabetes.

Over 10,000 people lost a foot or a hand to diabetes last year according to the Center for Disease Control yet too many are content with making a sugar free diet the extent of their diet plan, you must go further than this.  If you are not on a healing diet you are not doing enough to stop the illness.

People in over 17 countries have obtained a normal blood sugar without drugs, but healing the body with a very specialized diet. This diet is now included together with the only European diet shown to save the feet from high blood sugar.

Both reports may be read together for first time

Treating Diabetes Without Medication message not reaching the Poor

The fact that many are treating diabetes without medication is a message that is not reaching those who are of the lower income bracket, there is a very good reason for this problem, and doctors must take some of the blame. High blood sugar is a punishing illness but the damage that the illness does to the body is a message that many are not receiving until it is too late. Treating diabetes without medication with a strict change in lifestyle has benefited millions of people but this message is still not reaching some of the poorer people in not only the United States but the entire world.

The Rich use diet, the Poor use medications

Those of the upper income brackets are often more educated about the fact that much of high blood sugar can be reversed with a very specialized diet, doctors are more apt to advise lifestyle changes over medications to those who are viewed by the  medical establishment as medically or scholastically educated.

High blood sugar is not the only illness where we see differences in treatment. Many studies have revealed that those of higher incomes are treated earlier for cancers and heart disease, while the poor are usually screened much later for serious illnesses. Many doctors are suggesting treating type 2 diabetes without medications; but this option is usually suggested to those whom doctors believe are more apt to follow the necessary dietary changes. Many doctors are reluctant to accept the fact that poorer people will make healthier choices.

“It is easier to write a prescription for a person when a doctor feels will not make lifestyle changes”

Income differences and breast cancer screening

American Journal of Medical Assoicate: Low socioeconomic status (SES) is a consistent marker for mammography underuse; women with lower SES are more likely to be uninsured and lack a usual source of care. Compared to their middle-class and wealthy counterparts, low-income women have the lowest rates of breast cancer screening, even when adjusted for race, ethnicity, and insurance status

We have shown with this website that people in over 17 countries have been getting a normal blood sugar without the use of any drugs; this is achieved by using a very natural specialized diet. The diet which was started in Europe is now used by thousands in the United States, Asia and S. America to get a normal blood sugar for over the last 5 years.

Diabetes Blurry Vision, what to do about this

Diabetes blurry vision (retinopathy) can be a very serious walk up call to address elevated blood sugar. There is a particularly danger which affects the eyes of those with high blood sugar, a recent study has revealed that there has been a sharp increase in the number of people suffering from diabetic eye complications leading to blindness.  Diabetes blurry vision is often a sign of nerve or blood vessel damage which can permanently damage the eyes; we will address this in this post.

How high blood sugar affects the eyes

There has been a very large jump in the number of people who are experiencing eye troubles as a result in high blood sugar, excessive glucose (sugar) in the blood is a poison, and this is something that this site has always emphasized.  The eyes have very small blood vessels which are easily damaged by excessive sugar in the blood; diabetic blindness is a result of nerve or blood vessel damage resulting in complications to the retina. The true danger of excessive sugar to the eyes is how glucose damages the very delicate blood vessels in the eyes, for those who do not address this; the eyes can be permanently affected. Diabetes blurry vision can also be caused by taking insulin; many people who have begun taking insulin may experience a sudden problem with the eyes. If the problem is from the insulin this usually adjust back to normal once the blood sugar is stabilized.   It is extremely important that you understand how high blood sugar is causing more people to lose their eyesight; a new study makes this point abundantly clear.

STUDY: National Eye Institutes, diabetic retinopathy, one of the most common and destructive complications of diabetes, increased by 3.7 million new cases over the last decade. More than 7 million Americans are now affected by diabetic retinopathy. Even more stunning, the rate is projected to climb to 11 million in the next decade. People with diabetes are also at greater risk for cataracts, which is a cloud over the eye lens, and glaucoma, which damages the optic nerve

* Please understand that the damage to the retina’s blood vessels can cause leaking of fluid and blood, at times new blood vessels form on top of the retina causing even more serious vision complications*

If you have diabetes blurry vision it is essential that you get the blood sugar down naturally, it is best to do this with diet, type 2 is completely reversible with a very specialized diet.

There is a European type 2 diabetes diet that has been helping people reverse high blood sugar drug free in over 17 countries and saving the vision.

Can you reverse Pre diabetes? What you need to know

Can you reverse pre diabetes? Yes, you can reverse high blood sugar without Metformin or any diabetic medications but this must be done in the right way with the correct combination of foods. Over 80 million people in the United States are suffering with borderline high blood sugar and this is bringing very strong health consequences. In addressing the question, can you reverse pre diabetes, it is crucial to understand that the way in which to stop the illness is by addressing the root cause.

The sugar free failure:

High blood sugar cannot be stopped by adopting a sugar free diet, sadly this is the extent of most people’s effort in reversing the illness, this is not the fault of the people; most have no idea how to stop high blood sugar without resorting to dangerous medications like metformin.

A serious pre diabetic message

The most important thing that a pre diabetic must understand is the fact that their cells are not taking in the sugar (glucose). The glucose (sugar) is flooding inside the bloodstream!

When you are healthy with a good blood sugar your glucose enters your cells and you have great energy; this is not the case of the type 2 diabetic.  The diabetic’s cells are “insulin resistant”.  The cells of the diabetic does not allow in this glucose, the end result is that the glucose floods into the bloodstream causing possible diabetic blindness, leg amputation, or heart disease.

Can you reverse pre diabetes? Yes and you must to save your body. Excessive blood glucose (sugar) is a poison. Switching to splenda and other diet foods (sugar-free) does nothing to repair your pancreas; these sugar-free foods are no match for insulin resistance. It is crucial that you use the right combinations of foods to bring about a natural and normal blood sugar level.

Thousands of people have reversed pre diabetes without any medication by using the European diabetes reversal diet; it is used in an amazing 17 countries to stop high blood sugar drug free, without metformin.

Can Pre Diabetes be stopped? Yes, when you learn how

“Can pre diabetes be stopped?” It is a question that so many people are asking with the rise in the numbers who are suffering from high blood sugar; more are seeking ways to stop the illness before the horrible consequences set in. High blood sugar is a very damaging illness that literally takes the organs of the body, can pre diabetes be stopped is a very good question and in this post we will tell you how to stop the progression before any more damage occurs to your body.

What you don’t know is hurting you

What so many people are not aware of is the fact that they are living with high blood sugar and that each day it causes more and more damage to the cells of the body; doing nothing is why so many diabetics lose kidneys, toes and suffering heart attacks. Sadly, a recent study revealed that so many people were in the dark about the damaging affects of high blood sugar, they were clueless of what was occurring in their bloodstream.

Amazingly while early diabetes affects 86 million American adults (1 in 3), 9 out of 10 don't know they have it! This is a lot of people who are going to lose their bodies to the illness.
"These new numbers are alarming," said Ann Albright, PhD, of the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion. "If these numbers continue to rise, 1 in 5 people could have diabetes by the year 2025, and it could be 1 in 3 people by the year 2050."  Can pre diabetes be stopped, yes but not with a weak sugar free diet, a healing diet can make the illness disappear.

How to reverse high blood sugar permanently

Researchers showed that a diabetes diet in Europe has been reversing the illness and producing a normal blood sugar for people in over 17 countries, this is not a sugar free diet but a healing diet that actually stops the root “cause” of why the blood sugar stay elevated.  This is crucial to your body and it takes the constant burden of high blood sugar off the organs of the body. Each day with high blood sugar is another day that the lungs, heart, kidneys and limbs suffer, diabetes never takes a day off. The specialized European diet stops the  illness at the root naturally and drug free  Can Pre diabetes be stopped?...Yes, with a specialized healing diet.
