Do I have diabetes? What you need to know

Do I have diabetes? This is a question that many people are asking themselves today as the rate of those with the illness continues to skyrocket. High blood sugar is the most damaging illness of our modern times, there is no other illness which systemically destroys the cells of the body in the way excessive sugars in the blood does.  Do I have diabetes? In this post we will address how millions of people are ignoring the very serious sign of this illness.

The millions who are unaware of what is happening in their body

What makes high blood sugar so deadly is the way in which it literally distorts the cells of the body. High blood sugar systemically alters the cells of the body; there is no other illness which causes blindness, amputations, kidney failure, and heart failure.  Research reveals a sad fact that million of people are diabetic yet are unaware; time is not on the side of the diabetic, as time pasts the pancreas eventually gives out.

A doctor’s view

Dr. Mohammed Ali, an assistant professor of public health at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta quoted, “Out of 28.4 million people with diabetes, more than a quarter don’t know it

“About 80 percent of those people are linked to a health care provider, and two-thirds are seeing them twice a year or more. So, through whatever means, they aren't being identified with diabetes.”

Do I have diabetes?

Despite the tremendous number of diabetics in the United States (and the world) it is astonishing that people are still not reversing the illness, type 2 high blood sugar is completely reversible with a healing diet. Studies show that it is not a sugar free diet which reverses high blood sugar but a healing diet.  There are millions of people taking dangerous diabetic medications to force a normal blood sugar when the precise combination of natural foods can produce the same results without the side effects.
