I have high blood sugar, what can I eat? This question is a really good one that we received last week from a 30 year old woman who is a type 2 diabetic. There is a lot of confusion over what a diabetic should consume; in this post we will address what is the best way to handle the dietary needs of a person with diabetes. If you have high blood sugar and are wondering what to eat, it is best that you stick to foods which have been shown to keep your glucose (sugars) levels down.


The first step in addressing diabetes is to understand that there are certain foods which are very beneficial, a recent study revealed that blueberries have an amazing affect on glucose levels and it is highly suggested that it be included in the diabetic diet.  The success of this website is due to the fact that we have shown thousands of people how to get a perfect glucose level without the need for any diabetic medications by using foods which heal diabetes.  



Study: Eating more blueberries is linked to a major reduction in the risk of developing type 2 diabetes according to a study in the British Medical Journal.

3.      1 cup of almond milk (or regular milk, we prefer almond milk because it does not have casein )

Eliminate fruit juices

You do not want fruit juice, you need the whole fruit! Fruit juice discards the most important parts of the fruit. The fruit was created as a “whole” for a purpose; extracting the juice and throw away the rest of the fruit will harm your blood sugar more than help.

Type 2 diabetes is an excessive amount of blood sugar in your system and this is a poison, blueberries are excellent but you can take your healing much further than this.
